Senior Visual Designer

Client Based Opportunities - NY - New York, NY - Full Time

Through our Production Services division, we provide highly skilled professionals to some of the world's most respected organizations, partnering with clients to deliver exceptional creative and operational support. We are seeking an experienced Senior Visual Designer to join our team as a full-time employed consultant supporting one of our key clients in New York City.

This role combines branding, broadcast design, and information design to create a consistent visual language across projects. The Senior Visual Designer will develop scalable design systems and transform complex, data-driven content into compelling visuals across mediums.

Responsibilities

  • Help define, maintain, and evolve the visual identity of the brand across multiple projects and mediums.
  • Develop original visual concepts that make complex financial, technical, and strategic information easier for audiences to understand.
  • Develop design systems, templates, graphic packages, and motion standards that create a consistent look across projects.
  • Design on-screen graphics, information graphics, data visualizations, presentations, diagrams, and digital assets.
  • Establish consistency across work created by multiple designers, ensuring graphics and visual assets follow established brand and design standards.
  • Manage multiple projects while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Partner closely with production teams, content teams, and other designers to develop the right visual approach for each project.
  • Stay current on trends and tools in broadcast design, information design, motion graphics, data visualization, virtual production, and AI-assisted creative workflows.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Information Design, Motion Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of professional design experience within creative agencies or in-house with a strong background in broadcast/motion design desired.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating broadcast/ motion graphics, visual storytelling, information design, data visualization, and branding.
  • Experience supporting financial services, consulting, technology, corporate communications, or similarly complex industries is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience creating graphics and visual systems across multiple digital mediums.

Physical Effort

  • Prolonged sitting and standing work at a computer, requiring frequent use of monitors.
  • Manual dexterity and mobility required.
  • Standing and walking for the duration of the work shift.
  • Occasional reaching, bending, kneeling, and crouching.
  • Occasional lifting or moving supplies and equipment weighing up to 25 lbs., including items located above shoulder level.

Engagement Details

  • Engagement: Full-Time Employment
  • Classification: Exempt
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
  • Location: On-Site – Midtown, New York, NY
  • Compensation: $140,000–$155,000 + Comprehensive Benefits Package
